Upright folio, 33 x 25 cm, half calf binding with marbled paper over board. The front cover features a rectangular red morocco label, gilt stamped "CEMBALO." Both the inside cover and the first flyleaf are signed "Elizabeth Austen" in the same hand (Elizabeth Austen, née Bridges (1773-1808), who married Edward Austen Knight in 1791).
The volume contains printed editions of solo keyboard music published between c.1767 and c.1795. Several items in the compilation are signed Eliza Bridges and some items note acquisition dates in the 1780s, though signatures and dates were heavily cut in binding and are thus incomplete. Item 1 is signed "Miss Finch" and may have been a gift from a member of the Finch/ Finch-Hatton family in Kent, who were closely associated with Elizabeth Bridges's family.
